Booking Policies
Thank you for choosing East & Tide. To ensure a smooth experience for every client, please review the following policies before booking your appointment.
Appointment Confirmation
Appointments are confirmed once your booking has been accepted and any required deposit or payment information has been received.
Arrival & Setup
Your therapist will arrive approximately 10–15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for setup.
Please have a quiet, comfortable space available with approximately 8' × 10' of open floor space for the massage table.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without charge when at least 24 hours' notice is provided.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as no-show appointments, will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount to the card on file.
Late Arrivals
If you are running late, please contact East & Tide as soon as possible.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments. The full service fee will still apply.
Payment
Payment is due at the completion of your appointment unless prepaid.
A valid payment method must be kept on file for all appointments.
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all appointments.
Your deposit secures your appointment time and will be applied toward the total cost of your service.
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. The deposit may be transferred to one future appointment at the discretion of East & Tide.
Deposits are non-refundable. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as no-show appointments, will be charged the remaining balance of the scheduled service to the card on file, resulting in the full service amount being collected.
Health Information
Please notify your therapist before your appointment if you have:
Recent injuries or surgeries
Pregnancy
Allergies or skin sensitivities
Medical conditions that may affect your massage
Any areas you would like avoided or require special attention
This information allows your session to be customized safely and effectively.
Safe & Respectful Environment
East & Tide is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional therapeutic environment.
Any inappropriate behavior, sexual comments, advances, or requests will result in the immediate termination of the session. The full appointment fee will be charged, and future appointments will not be accepted.
Travel & Access
Please ensure your service address, gate codes, parking instructions, and any arrival details are provided before your appointment.
Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside East & Tide's standard service area.
Right to Refuse Service
East & Tide reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service when necessary to protect the safety, health, or well-being of the client or therapist.
